Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Idaho Falls, ID. This part-time role involves assisting customers, dispatching and returning equipment, inspecting trucks, and using U-Scan technology to manage rentals.

You will help customers on-site, educate them about products, and ensure accurate invoicing. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the U-Haul team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions, educate customers about products and services, and prepare rental invoices.
• Accept equipment returns and handle insurance and paperwork as needed.
