U-Haul International, Inc. in Ammon, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and getting them the help they need.

The role uses smartphone-based U-Scan tech, involves moving and hooking up trucks, and offers on-the-job education with interviews and bonuses: a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working around equipment and performing basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare invoices and educate customers on products and services.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
