Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Rexburg, Idaho. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with products and rentals, using U-Scan tech to dispatch and manage inventory, and assisting with equipment hookup and inspection.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with customers and follow on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer customer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane fill (certification offered on employment) and forklift operation (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
