U-Haul in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our stores and help customers with rentals and equipment. You’ll use U-Scan tech, inspect and prepare trucks, and provide expert guidance on products and services to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role includes hands-on training, safety procedures, and opportunities to advance within the U-Haul family. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Provide information and answer questions about products and services.
