Job summary

Solenis is seeking an Account Manager for Smurfit-WestRock in La Tuque. The role focuses on delivering value through technical service, identifying opportunities, and maintaining revenue and gross profit within the assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include reviewing treatment programs, delivering on-site and classroom trainings, and developing sales plans for new opportunities while ensuring profitability and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or technical field. Experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience using consultative sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment programs and processes to ensure effective applications; monitor and train customer sites.
• Sell new business and applications; develop and implement sales plans for opportunities.
• Manage profitability of accounts including pricing and accounts receivable.
• Ensure health and safety improvements in processes and procedures.
