Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent business education.
• Experience in the auto sector with systems accounting is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and client/vendor communications.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Client inventory.
• Communicate with Clients and vendors to ensure inventory is maintained per policies.
• Collaborate on transport inquiries to ensure timely vehicle sales.
• Monitor client and vendor trends to meet KPI targets.
• Prepare reports in Advantage One and troubleshoot systems (AUTOIMS, RDN).
• Provide guidance to staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Engage in cross-department collaboration for efficient inventory handling.
