Repossession Transportation Representative - Hybrid

Summary/Objective

Primarily responsible for communication between Clients, vendors and internal departments. Individual is also responsible for maintaining inventory and updates and ensuring policies are updated and maintained. This is a hybrid position located in Indianapolis, IN.

Essential Functions

• Manage and maintain Client inventory
• Communicate regularly with Clients and vendors to ensure inventory is maintained and handled per policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Clients and vendors on transport inquiries and issues to ensure all transports are handled and processed timely to ensure vehicles are sold as quickly as possible
• Continually monitor Client and vendor trends to ensure KPI’s are being met
• Consult with other departments, Repossession and Remarketing, to ensure all inventory is handled effectively and efficiently
• Create new reports in Operating System (Advantage One)
• Troubleshoot systems: AUTOIMS, RDN
• Provides guidance and leadership to employees and/or customers for daily activities and assigned projects or tasks
• Participates in performance evaluation of personnel performance (does not directly supervise)
• Regular and substantial contact with others. Contacts usually involve discussions related to policies and programs and may include proposal or presentation writing, negotiation with vendors, and the like. Handles sensitive, complex, and/or confidential information.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
