Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in automotive, warehouse, recovery or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable using tablets with apps.
• Familiarity with repossession process and vendor communication preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document repossessed vehicles with VIN, client info, and driveable status.
• Capture and upload vehicle photos for records.
• Manage appointments and schedules for deliveries and redemptions.
• Provide top-notch customer service during pickups and redemptions.
• Maintain detailed records of daily deliveries and shipments.
• Assist repossession agents as needed and collaborate with the team.
• Conduct lot inventory reviews and schedule transportation for deliveries.
• Organize and inventory personal property from vehicles.
• Ensure the lot remains organized and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with teams across the state to keep operations smooth.
