Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review repossession recommendations to ensure collection efforts are exhausted.
• Manage repossession queues and document updates.
• Assign vehicles for repossession and coordinate with agents through recovery.
