Job summary

Connect One, LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to manage the repossession lot, inspect vehicles, and ensure the inventory remains orderly. You will tag and organize personal property and secure keys in the office key lock box.

You must be at least 24, have a clean driving record, be able to lift 50 pounds to 3–4 feet, and communicate clearly; this role involves outdoor work in all weather and interaction with field agents to verify paperwork and property release.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in inventory tracking.
• Ability to manage physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with basic computer use and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review current Lot inventory and inspect vehicles for condition and placement.
• Inspect property area to ensure everything is in order.
• Clean out assets by removing personal property, bagging, tagging and organizing.
• Tag and store all keys in the key lock box within the office.
• Verify the personal property inventory in RDN and adjust as needed.
• Release property to the debtor or an authorized person after reviewing paperwork and fees.
