Job summary

All Star Recovery is seeking a Lot Attendant for a part-time position. Workdays are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, assisting with the repossession lot by cleaning and organizing assets and removing personal property into bags for tagging and storage.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate office equipment, and move items both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Be a self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean out assets by removing personal property and bagging items; tag and organize.
• Move items as needed and handle 50 lb objects to reach storage or shelving.
• Assist with loading/unloading at repossessed lots, both indoors and outdoors.
• Communicate with debtors and provide accurate information regarding property.
