Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative for an on-site role with a Friday hybrid option. You will support banks with delinquent auto loans by placing repossessions through our network of agents; this is not a collections or sales job, but requires clear communication with banks and field agents.

Requirements include 2 years of customer service in a call center, a high school diploma or GED, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service in a call center environment
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

Responsibilities

• Assist banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents
• Maintain regular communication with banks and field agents; not a collections or sales role
• Use multiple monitors, handle inbound/outbound calls, and entry-level data entry
• Work full-time, M-F 8-5 (9-6 after training), in an office environment in Dallas
