9th Way Insignia in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team supporting VBA EDW initiatives. The role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and delivering reports within an Agile environment, reporting to the Program Manager.

Five days onsite at 1800 G St NW, Washington, DC. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, 10+ years of relevant experience, and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs.
• As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources, gathering, and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements.
• Support program deliverables development and updates, and, as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements; work with team to ensure requirements are included in future sprint activities.
• Participate in team calls and meetings.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts.
• Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks.
• Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes.
• Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development.
• Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
