Job summary

Murdoch's is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead the replenishment function, ensuring inventory availability and productive deployment. You will coach analysts, own forecasting inputs, and drive continuous improvement across Stores, Merchandising, and Vendors.

This on-site role at the Bozeman Home Office emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and system governance with Power BI and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in retail purchasing, replenishment, or equivalent in finance, supply chain, operations, economics, business, statistics, or analysis.
• Track record of consistent performance and ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Replenishment Analysts.
• Own replenishment parameters, forecasting inputs, and inventory planning assumptions.
• Drive in-stock performance across stores and distribution centers.
• Lead exception-based workflows to focus analyst time on risk and opportunity.
• Build strong partnerships with Stores, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
