Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead the replenishment function, drive inventory availability, and improve flow across stores, distribution centers, and vendors.

You will coach a team of Replenishment Analysts, set governance for forecasting inputs, and partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver reliable inventory and optimized service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of retail purchasing or replenishment experience.
• Track Record of consistent performance and ability to influence cross functionally

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Replenishment Analysts.
• Establish clear ownership for inventory availability, inventory productivity, and replenishment execution.
• Build standardized processes and a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
