Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead our replenishment technology, demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization strategy. You will own Oracle replenishment tools and drive automation, accuracy, and efficiency across procurement, distribution, and store operations.

You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with Finance, IT, and Logistics, and continuously improve replenishment capabilities through data analytics and standardized procedures.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and/or 5+ years in replenishment, supply chain, or inventory management in retail/food service.
• Strong forecasting, demand planning and inventory optimization experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Power BI preferred.
• Experience leading ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) written and oral preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for Oracle replenishment functionality and related planning systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to modernize replenishment processes.
• Develop and improve demand forecasting models.
• Analyze sales, inventory, production and promotions data to identify trends.
• Partner with IT to design, test and implement Oracle enhancements.
• Create system-driven replenishment strategies to reduce manual intervention.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory turns.
• Oversee daily replenishment execution to maintain optimal stock levels.
