Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Replenishment Lead to guide a team of associates and meet daily production goals aligned with safety, service, quality and cost targets.

You will partner with Operations Managers, train and direct staff, manage workflow, monitor productivity and drive continuous improvements to ensure accurate on-time deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and be detailed in communications and documentation.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).

This Replenishment Lead will support Operations Manager/General Operations Manager with leading, guiding and directing a group of associates while ensuring that daily departmental goals are met through the Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality and Cost in the assigned department.

The Replenishment Lead position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.

• Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related performance
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
