Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Replenishment Lead to guide a team and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will coordinate with department leads, optimize floor workflows, ensure accurate inventory, and contribute to safe, efficient delivery to customers. Strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and be detailed in communications/documentations.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• 2+ years in high volume distribution/manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager/General Operations Manager by leading and directing a group of associates to meet daily departmental goals.
• Guide and coordinate resources with other department Leads/Operations Managers.
• Train and direct a team to achieve production goals for timely customer delivery.
• Control floor workflow to prioritize goals and meet deadlines.
• Track productivity, identify issues, and provide feedback on performance.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture.

This Replenishment Lead will support Operations Manager/General Operations Manager with leading, guiding and directing a group of associates while ensuring that daily departmental goals are met through the Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality and Cost in the assigned department.

Replenishment Lead position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
