Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Lead at the Litchfield Park, AZ distribution center to support the Operations Manager by leading a team of associates and directing daily activities to meet Safety, Service, Quality and Cost goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in a leadership role, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong communication, and willingness to work overtime and in multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentations.
• Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
• Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The Receiving Lead will support Operations Manager/General Operations Manager with leading, guiding and directing a group of associates.
• Ensure daily departmental goals are met through Williams‑Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality and Cost.
• Oversee and coordinate receiving activities across multiple warehouse areas as needed.
