Job summary

GLOBAL GAMING LSP LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Seasonal Video Technician to support live racing productions by recording, editing, and replaying content.

The role requires technical aptitude, quick learning, and reliability, with evening/weekend/holiday shifts. Training includes Responsible Gaming and on-air replay experience preferred, with background check and TXRC license as applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related work experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate the Replay Role during Live Racing.
• Record, cue, and replay Live Horse Racing (slow motion & real time).
• Record and monitor DVR equipment for the Stewards use.
• Dubbing DVR recordings to DVD and delivering them to Security daily.
• Convert and export QuickTime files to H.264 for archive purposes.
• Play Commercials and Entertainment Videos.

General Definition:

Responsible for creating, organizing, recording, editing, and playing back server-based media before, during and after productions in conjunction with the Video Service Manager request.

Essential Job Functions:

• Preparing and operating in the Replay Role during Live Racing.
• Recording, cueing, and replaying Live Horse Racing (slow motion & real time).
• Recording and monitoring DVR equipment for the Stewards use.
• Dubbing DVR recordings to DVD and delivering them to Security at the Stable Gate each day/night of live racing.
• Converting and exporting QuickTime files to H.264 files for archive purposes.
• Playing Commercials and Entertainment Videos.
• Operating a Ross Router (DashBoard Program).
• Establishing good working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Dependability, good attendance and occasional overtime required.
• Will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation & Training:

• High school diploma or GED; or two years related experience and/or training; or 2 years combination.
• 2 years' work related experience and/or training; or combination.
