Job summary

GLOBAL GAMING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a on-site Replay Media Technician for Grand Prairie, TX to support live racing events. You will operate replay during races, record and cue live footage, and ensure DVR systems and archiving workflows run smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, strong video and computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or 2 years related experience and/or training.
  • 2 years’ work related experience and/or training; or combination.
  • Video experience required; ability to operate DVR/archiving workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and operating in the Replay Role during Live Racing.
  • Recording, cueing, and replaying Live Horse Racing (slow motion & real time).
  • Recording and monitoring DVR equipment for the Stewards use.
  • Dubbing DVR recordings to DVD and delivering to Security at the Stable Gate daily.
  • Converting and exporting QuickTime files to H.264 for archive purposes.
  • Playing Commercials and Entertainment Videos.
  • Operating a Ross Router (DashBoard Program).
  • Establishing good working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Dependability, good attendance and occasional overtime required.
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays work as scheduled.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

General Definition

Responsible for creating, organizing, recording, editing, and playing back server-based media before, during and after productions in conjunction with the Video Service Manager request.

Essential Job Functions
  • Preparing and operating in the Replay Role during Live Racing.
  • Recording, cueing, and replaying Live Horse Racing (slow motion & real time).
