Responsibilities

• Manage assigned general trade repair tickets from intake through completion.
• Review and confirm scope before vendor dispatch.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and confirm client appointment dates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in WAVES.
• Monitor tickets daily to prevent aging delays and prioritize workload.
• Update clients throughout ticket lifecycle from acceptance to closeout.
• Maintain familiarity with client third party systems and program requirements.
• Communicate proactively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
