Job summary

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, located in Tamarac, FL, is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to support its global supply chain operations and after-market services for military end users and maintenance partners worldwide.

You will coordinate repair orders, maintain order files, document records, track progress, liaise with vendors, and transfer quotes to the ERP system, reporting to the Manager and supporting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating repair orders and ensuring timely turnaround.
• Ability to maintain detailed open and closed repair order files.
• Strong documentation skills for each order.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain open and closed repair order files.
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order.
• Track and expedite repair orders.
• Responsible for vendor pre-approval process.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base.
• Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
