Job summary

Gables Engineering, a HEICO company, seeks a highly organized Repair Operations Coordinator to support our MRO operations and coordinate the repair lifecycle of aerospace components. You will act as a key link between customers, engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams.

In a fast-paced environment, you will ensure repairs are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of repair orders from intake to shipment and delivery.
• Support quotation activities and monitor repair progress to meet customer and contractual requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain repair documentation (work orders, certifications, invoices, shipping documents, traceability records).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair status updates, turnaround times, pricing and quotations, warranty determinations, and escalation of critical AOG situations.
• Monitor customer communications to ensure timely responses and prioritize urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate information in customer portals and internal ERP systems.
• Partner with engineering, production, quality, and logistics to resolve issues, expedite repairs, and improve operations.
• Manage digital documentation processes, including scanning, indexing, and record retention.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within repair operations.
• Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.

What You\'ll Do

As a Repair Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring repairs are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with aerospace industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of repair orders, from intake and evaluation through shipment and customer delivery.
• Support quotation activities and monitor repair progress to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and maintain repair documentation, including:
• Work orders
• Certifications
• Invoices
• Shipping documents
• Traceability records
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding:
• Repair status updates
• Turnaround times
• Pricing and quotations
• Warranty determinations
