Job summary

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, in Tamarac, FL, seeks a Repairs Coordinator to coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining repair order files, tracking orders, managing vendor pre-approvals, transferring quotes to ERP, and maintaining customer contact. Aviation experience and multitasking ability required; knowledge of FARs preferred.

• Basic knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations

We are a Global Supply Chain Provider, and an industry leader in the provisioning of a wide range of innovative services and support concepts to military end users and their maintenance partners worldwide. We focus on the aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs, and often investing on their behalf in inventories, and support methodologies, allowing for their continued mission-readiness.

This position will work within the Repair Department coordinating repair orders to ensure timely turnaround and maintain a high level of customer service to our customers. Job duties for the position include:

• Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain open and closed repair order files.
