Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of repair orders, from intake and evaluation through shipment and customer delivery.
• Support quotation activities and monitor repair progress to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and maintain repair documentation, including: Work orders, Certifications, Invoices, Shipping documents, Traceability records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding: Repair status updates, Turnaround times, Pricing and quotations, Warranty determinations, Escalation of critical AOG situations.
• Monitor customer communications through email and web portals, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate information in customer portals and internal ERP systems.
• Partner with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues, expedite repairs, and improve operational performance.
• Manage digital documentation processes, including scanning, indexing, and record retention.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within repair operations.
• Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.
