IGT is recruiting a Repair Technician II for our Nevada Repair Depot in Reno. You will troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and test gaming equipment to meet quality and repair standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on repair experience in electronics or gaming equipment, with the ability to read manuals, use diagnostic tools, and work in a team to meet deadlines. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, electronics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures.
• Willingness to learn depot-specific repair processes, tools, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to established repair and reconditioning standards.
• Troubleshoot PC boards, sub-assemblies, and other depot repair items.
• Use diagnostic tools and repair procedures to identify equipment failures and verify completed repairs.
• Read and follow technical manuals, work instructions, schematics, and repair procedures.
• Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the repair process.
• Work collaboratively with teammates, internal customers, and support teams.
• Manage assigned work and complete repairs within established timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
