We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on technician who seeks more than just a paycheck. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician

• Pay range of $16 to $24 per hour: includes base pay and monthly performance-based bonuses.
• Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties.
• Tools Provided: all necessary tools and products are provided.
• Paid Time Off: paid holidays and accrued vacation days.
• Good Work/Life Balance: no required nights or weekends.
• Paid Training: includes onboarding, one‑week new hire training, and ongoing surface repair training.
• Small Business Culture: local business owner works closely with teams and conducts weekly check‑in meetings with teams.
• Ongoing Support & Help Line: Technician Support Team on call to assist with questions.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands: experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color‑matching is integral to our process.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Duties (in the field daily)

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid‑cities area.
• Creatively problem‑solve repairs.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step process.
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit.
• Problem‑solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.

Compensation: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour.
