Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a skilled Technician to repair surfaces at apartments, hotels, and other sites. You’ll be using your hands and creativity to complete daily repairs, typically under an hour, with a branded company vehicle for job duties.

We provide tools, paid training, and a clear 5-step repair process. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement in a small-business culture with supportive teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and match colors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ on-site repairs daily.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information in our CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and follow the 5-step repair process.
• Use each tool in your custom toolkit.

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour: including base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hiring Process
