Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surface damage across floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, and more. The role emphasizes creativity, precision, and timely problem solving to complete repairs typically in under an hour.

You will work with a supportive team, follow a unique 5-step repair process, track progress in our dispatch tool, and enjoy a schedule without weekends or late nights. Training is provided, and a path to Surface Repair Technician is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

We Offer:

• Pay range of $18 to $21 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements

Hiring Process
