Job summary

Surface Experts is a hands-on surface repair service provider in Alabama seeking a capable Technician to repair surfaces like floors, countertops, and cabinets with creativity. You’ll use a personal tool-kit and follow a 5-step repair process to deliver quality results.

The role offers a pay range of $18–$21 per hour with bonuses, paid holidays, and benefits; no weekends or late shifts, and a clear training path.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match colors accurately.

• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.

• Pay range of $18 to $21 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
