The role involves troubleshooting and repairing returned products, ensuring they meet the manufacturer's specifications. Candidates should have over 3 years of repair-related experience, skills in reading schematics, and proficiency with standard hand tools. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Qualifications

• 3+ years of repair-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly/test instructions and schematics.
• Expertise with standard hand tools and test equipment.
• Expertise with hand tools, meters, gauges and other test equipment; soldering skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and maintain safety standards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; strong time management.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Product Repair Technician to support our RMA team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely troubleshoot the returned products and determine the needed parts and materials
• Perform hands-on repairs for returned products, test the assembly for conformance with the manufacturer's specifications, and document the activities correctly
• Test products to verify operation and accuracy of specs, update firmware and software
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Performs other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of repair-related experience preferred
• Experience reading and interpreting assembly/test instructions, engineering standards/prints, and schematics
• Expertise using standard hand tools, meters, gauges, and other associated test and measurement equipment, as well as the ability to measure current, voltage, and amperage
• Soldering techniques skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and good time management skills

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
