Innovative Technology Ltd is seeking an experienced Repair Technician for our Suwanee office in Atlanta, GA. You will work on identifying faults, repairing devices to current specs, and conducting firmware tests to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include documenting repair data and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. You should bring electronics/mechanical repair experience, soldering skills, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools to support

Are you an experienced Repair Technician, who is looking to work in a fast paced, global, market leading company?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Repair Technician to join our site-based team in our US office in Suwanee Atlanta.

We are looking for a Repair Technician who can work to strict standard operating procedures and service level agreements in our repair department, ensuring a highly efficient service providing support to the production teams.

As a Repair Technician, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Identify electrical and mechanical device faults using conventional test equipment and software tools, working to standard operating procedures
• Repair, upgrade and rework devices to the latest technical specification
• Undertake bug fixes and servicing to restore correct functionality
• Conduct firmware/software tests incorporating standard communication protocols, at the final inspection stage
• Conduct sample audits, reporting the findings and recommending solutions to the Repair Team Leader
• Updating Remedy, recording key values of the product in repair, from product type to week & year of production, including the fault, cause, solution/ spares in the repair and cost, enabling statistical reports to be produced using QlikView
• Follow by example the companies Health & Safety policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Repairs Team Leader or Service Team Leader Including not limited to:
  -Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  -Use test equipment/repair tools.

Essential Skills & Experience required to become our Repair Technician

• Electronic and mechanical repairs and soldering experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, to tight timescales and confidently resolve issues
• PC Literate, experience of utilising Microsoft Packages
• Patient, responsible, and embrace a positive work attitude
