Job summary

BenQ is hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will fulfill orders, perform inbound/outbound tasks, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, forklift experience, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and strong attention to detail. Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, office-based and based in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes to pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Safely perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks (unload, sort, label, cycle counts, replenish).
• Conduct quality control and auditing checks with attention to detail.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform related duties.

We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders; this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
