SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Rescue TSM Agent to provide phone and email support to customers regarding repairs. You will troubleshoot issues, respond to repair status inquiries, and help coordinate shipments of repaired products.

The role also involves maintaining a positive warehouse environment, following safety practices, and supporting the company culture while delivering high‑quality service.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone and/or email.
• Contact customers and gather information on issues and troubleshoot.
• Answer incoming calls regarding repair status.
• Process inbound product check‑in and outbound shipments of repaired products.
• Initiate contact for password lockouts and HDD reimage.
• Package repairs for customer return.
• Access system programs to check repair and shipping statuses.
• Other duties as assigned.
