Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Repair Sales Representative to convert open repair quotes into approved work by following up with our existing inspection customers. You will explain deficiencies, address questions, and guide customers to approval while ensuring a smooth handoff to scheduling and completion of repairs.

The role focuses on revenue growth and customer safety by maintaining timely follow-ups, managing quote queues, and documenting interactions in CRM and service

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or service environments, with phone follow-up.
• Ability to learn technical information and explain it clearly to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up by phone and email with existing inspection customers who have received repair quotes.
• Explain inspection deficiencies and the proposed repair in clear, plain language.
• Answer questions about scope, pricing, timing, and why the repair is needed.
• Address concerns and objections to help customers approve the work.
• Secure quote approvals and required documentation (signed approvals, POs).
• Manage a queue of open quotes and prioritize follow-up by age, value, and severity.
• Maintain records of contact, quote status, and next steps in CRM/service systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and field technicians to clarify scope and ensure smooth handoff to scheduling.
• Recognize additional customer needs and route them appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
