Job summary

Philips is seeking a Repair Representative in Murrysville, PA to support Sleep & Respiratory Care customers with post-sales service requests including repairs, replacements, and warranty issues.

You will handle phone, email, and e-store inquiries, coordinate service steps, and ensure precise documentation while delivering excellent customer service. Office role with onsite presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational education; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, and professional email communication.
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and systems in a regulated environment.

Support our Sleep & Respiratory Care customers by providing timely, accurate assistance with product repairs, replacements, warranty needs, and other post-sales service requests.

Your role

• Provide post-sales customer support for product repairs, replacements, warranty requests, estimates, invoices, and other service-related needs.
• Respond to customer requests through phone, email, and e-store service channels.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, providing information on products, services, and established processes as needed.
• Coordinate service requests and help guide customers through the repair and service process.
• Maintain accurate documentation while delivering a positive customer experience through clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.

You're the right fit if

• You have a high school diploma or vocational education; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• You've acquired 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, professional email communication, and the ability to learn and follow established processes and systems in a regulated environment.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You're an organized, detail-oriented customer service professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach to delivering accurate and timely customer support.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA $18.00 to $28.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
