Job summary

PlanITROI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Youngsville, NC.

You will lead the Center of Excellence projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the redesign of repair lines and AI/robotics pilots to maximize throughput and value. You will collaborate with operations, facilities, IS, IT, and purchasing to deliver milestones on schedule, maintain budgets, and report progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operational or manufacturing projects.
• Experience in electronics repair, refurbishment, warehousing or reverse logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma, industrial engineering background, or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead COE projects from approved scope to completion, on time and on budget.
• Coordinate experts to build plans, ensure visibility, follow-through, and escalation.
• Drive the redesign of repair areas and pilot AI/robotics initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery of ROE pilot, milestones, and deployment.
• Maintain dashboards, budgets, risks, and weekly reviews across portfolio.
