ARM Institute seeks a Technology Project Manager to oversee robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing projects from initiation to closeout. This hybrid role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with travel to customer sites and meetings.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements while advancing ARM's mission of strengthening U.S. manufacturing through technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical projects, engineering programs, or advanced technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from award through closeout, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery and contractual compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Monitor performance, progress, risks, and financial status throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resources and activities to achieve program objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.
