Job summary

PlanITROI LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Youngsville, NC repair and refurbishment campus. You will lead Center of Excellence projects, coordinating Operations, IS, Purchasing, and external vendors to realize EBITDA-friendly improvements while maintaining production flow.

You will drive ambitious initiatives—from repair-area redesigns to AI visual systems and warehouse layout—ensuring milestones, budgets, and outcomes align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field is expected.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of AI, robotics, and automation in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional COE projects from scope to completion, on time and on budget.
• Coordinate IS, IT, purchasing, operations, and vendors to deliver milestones.
• Drive redesigns of repair and refurbishment processes with minimal production disruption.
• Pilot AI visual identification and robotics initiatives across the facility.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics at the portfolio level.
• Guide first 90 days with clear milestones and deliverables.
