Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of repair and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery timelines and quality.
• Supervise and support a team of technicians; provide guidance and promote continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and engineering to allocate resources and track materials.
• Act as main point of contact between internal departments and customers; prepare progress reports.
• Audit work orders and documentation to ensure client specifications and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance and identify operational risks or delays proactively.
• Facilitate process improvements by implementing best practices in workflow and technician management.
