Job summary

Foxconn is seeking an EHS Coordinator to maintain a safe, compliant work environment at a repair and refurbishment facility. This role ensures site operations meet OSHA, local regulations, and corporate safety requirements through proactive risk assessment and employee training.

Duties include regular inspections, hazard identification, incident reports and RCA, safety meetings, training program delivery, audit support, emergency response planning, and maintaining permits and records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the EHS-related field.
• Strong Knowledge of OSHA regulations is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10/30-hour card is a plus.
• Experience in managing forklift safety training and certification programs is a plus.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company EHS regulations.
• Identify hazards and provide solutions to mitigate risks and ensure proper PPE use.
• Maintain EHS records, incident reports, and documentation; prepare audit reports.
• Coordinate incident reporting and lead root cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
• Organize safety meetings to promote proactive safety culture and align activities with goals.
• Facilitate EHS training programs and emergency response drills.
• Support inspections and audits; ensure permits, certifications, and supplies are up to date.
• Serve as a key contact for emergencies, manage first aid supplies and evacuation plans.
