Job Summary

The Project Coordinator (Repair & Refurbish) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of repair and refurbishment programs, ensuring timely execution, high-quality deliverables, and effective coordination across teams. This role leads scheduling, resource alignment, and client communications, while identifying areas for operational improvement. The Project Coordinator also supervises a team of technicians and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met in alignment with customer expectations and internal metrics.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the execution of repair and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery timelines, cost targets, and quality standards are met
  • Supervise and support a team of technicians; provide guidance, resolve issues, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with procurement, planning, and engineering teams to allocate resources, track material usage, and resolve supply-related challenges
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal departments and customers in daily needs; prepare and present progress reports.
  • Audit work orders and technical documentation to ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
  • Assist with allocating resources, procurement and budget tracking
  • Monitor performance indicators and proactively identify operational risks or delays
  • Facilitate process improvements by recommending and implementing best practices in workflow and technician management
  • Review project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation such as records, reports, billing reports, and support documentation review related to customer service contracts or product returns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or leadership
Education

Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering or related field required

Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in repair operations, technical service coordination, or project management within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
  • Experience leading small teams or supervising frontline operations is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to coordinate with both technical staff and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is preferred.
