Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Technician in Cincinnati, OH to display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff, track work progress, and communicate with the support team. You’ll understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process and employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.

This role offers a base salary with a $25/hour wage plus performance bonuses, a monthly bonus program, and a great work–life balance with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using hands in work like construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Color matching ability is essential to this job.
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to track work progress in a dispatch tool.
