Job summary

Surface Experts is looking for a hands-on Technician to repair minor surface damage across floors, countertops, tubs, and cabinets. You will use a portable tool-kit and follow our 5-step repair process to deliver high-quality results daily.

You will interact with tenants and property managers, provide excellent customer service, and update the CRM with repair progress. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a flexible schedule and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobby.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• In the field daily: complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information in the CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize the 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity across apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
