Hisense USA is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Suwanee, GA to support a fast-paced repair center. This role requires meticulous coordination, data accuracy, and cross-functional follow-ups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will look up service orders, verify details in NSA/CRM, update repair reports, and manage parts orders and refunds. The position emphasizes manual processing with minimal automation and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years in operations/order management/supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Must have knowledge of SAP/CRM and Excel skills.
• Ability to create reports and track open orders from system and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Look up service order number in NSA and provide it to WH for TVs without a service order number.
• Acknowledge receipt of customers' products in the CRM and verify the customer name and service order number.
• Check NSA/CRM for instructions from the call center and inform technicians as needed; document repair status.
• Print service orders or repair reports and hand them to WH.
• Record the advance exchange number in the repair report to place TV into inventory after repair.
• Update all repair reports in the CRM within 2 days.
• Process refunds by sending repair reports as needed.
• Cross-check NSA notations from the call center with the repair team.
• Process exchanges if needed.
• Receive parts requests and place orders through the CRM; track and verify deliveries and label/organize parts.
• Update all repair statuses in Excel.
