Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent management experience
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly to management and customers
• Strong problem solving with data analysis and interpretation
• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicles Report.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate materials and manpower.
• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Lead weekly backlog meetings with regional coordinators.
• Supervise mechanics and apprentices; perform site audits.
• Review repair reports and monitor performance metrics.
