Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively; manage scheduling, materials, and manpower.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and conduct safety audits.
• Participate in weekly repair backlog meetings with Regional coordinators.
• Supervise repair mechanics and apprentices and conduct site audits.
• Monitor repair status and reports to track efficiency and billing.
