Job summary

Socomec North America in Suwanee, Georgia seeks a Repair and Quality Center Manager to lead the NA Repair and Quality Center within Expert Services. You will own the return lifecycle from receipt to disposition, including repair, refurbishment, RCA, and SCR processes, driving evidence-based escalation with engineering and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Typically 7 or more years of experience in quality engineering or related fields.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective action, and CAPA processes.
• Experience leading technical personnel and cross-functional programs preferred.
• Experience with mission-critical electrical equipment and power systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the safe, compliant, and effective operation of the North American Repair and Quality Center.
• Owns the complete lifecycle of customer and technician returns from receipt through disposition.
• Develops repair capability, test methods, and quality controls for repairs.
• Builds capability to resolve a high percentage of cases within North America before escalation.
• Manages RMA processes across business lines with clear ownership and communication.
• Analyzes failure patterns and return trends to identify actionable containment or improvements.
• Leads or coordinates structured root cause analysis for returned products.
• Recruits, develops, and leads repair and return personnel and sets KPIs.
