Responsibilities

• The Project Manager - Quality Repair will lead the task force team and develop improvement strategies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for product quality issues.
• Manage data for bounce returns and report trends and KPIs.
• Maintain documentation for product inspection procedures in service centers.
• Implement statistical process controls to drive sustainable improvement.
